An overview of the Arkansas State Fair’s culinary offerings
Little Rock, Arkansas – The amazing food options at the Arkansas State Fair have remained constant despite the fair’s rapid 84-year growth and expansion.
The fair’s food selection has grown and become increasingly inventive over time. This year’s fair is expected to carry on that tradition when the gates open on Friday. A few of the foods being served are fried key lime pie, spicy pickle pizza, and gator bites.
Even though the fair offers a wide variety of delectable foods, the assortment of deep-fried snacks, such as pickles, ice cream, PB&J, Oreos, and more, is one of the most well-liked options.
Food on a stick, such as pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken and waffles, is another well-liked fair mainstay.
A vast array of the typical fare served at the Arkansas State Fair is also available, such as tacos, hamburgers, barbecue, and corn dogs.
The Arkansas State Fair offers a wide variety of sweet treats in addition to its savory offerings, such as funnel cakes, ice cream nachos, pineapple whip, and roasted pecans.
The fair is open every day from Friday at 11 a.m. until October 20. Check out ArkansasStateFair.com to purchase tickets.
