Little Rock, Arkansas – Christmas is a season of joy and celebration, full of food and toys as well as customs and memories.
Even though the holiday may mean different things to different people, it’s widely regarded as the best time of year.
It’s starting to resemble Christmas as the clock ticks away and Santa and his slay approach.
As people entered the Kroger Marketplace on Chenal, memories of the past were vivid.
One customer remarked, “My favorite memory from my childhood is that after we fell asleep, my uncles went on top of the roof and made noise while screaming, ‘You missed Santa.’ We were like, ‘Oh no,’ it was a huge deal.”
Everybody has their own traditions, whether it’s watching football or hearing reindeer.
“Just hanging out with family,” remarked a different customer.
Even though there are toys in every store, the most adorable thing to see is the cheerful Santa that will be placed beneath the Christmas tree.
“The excitement of the gifts as a child,” shoppers remarked.
Kids want to go for a walk with talking dolls or have a pistol that shoots and a pair of Hopalong boots.
Children remarked, “A tiger is one of the biggest things is a rolling chair, a ninja action figure.”
Some people even long for the scents of Christmas.
One man remarked, “Of course, the Christmas dinner and food.”
Others were reminded to decorate cookies with their families and for Santa.
They sing carols that make everyone hope for a wonderful night and a joyous holiday.
