Arkansas Children’s Hospital celebrates the kindness of its donors
Little Rock, Arkansas – An incredibly kind donation has been made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Don and Lynn Parker gave $2 million for the hospital’s expansion project, together with their children.
The Parker family, who resides in Jonesboro, promised to provide $1 million to the ACH clinic in addition to that donation.
Because all of the Parker children have been patients at ACH, the family claims that their desire to improve and save lives is personal.
In addition, Lynn Parker belongs to the Arkansas Children’s Foundation.
“With this expansion, this historic expansion, it will make it easier,” Lynn said. “Families are already stressed, let’s make it easier.”
Stacey Dvorak, the mother of an ACH patient, expressed her gratitude for learning about the donation.
“Knowing there’s a brighter future for children, like both of my sons, is on the horizon,” Dvorak said. “As a Mom, I can’t help but feel eternally grateful for the generosity.”
Over the years, the Parker family has donated millions of dollars to the hospital.
