Central Arkansas food community will welcome K-POT and Blue Monkey Grill
Little Rock, Arkansas – The local restaurant industry in Central Arkansas is expanding, and new franchises are opening up shop. The most recent restaurant news is summarized here!
Rosie’s Pot & Kettle is one of the most well-known restaurant success stories of the last several years. Three waitresses who wanted to launch their own restaurant founded this busy breakfast and lunch cafe. Even though they opened amid the COVID-19 outbreak, their idea took off right away.
The dynamic trio has since relocated to the airport’s Central Flying Services. The view of the airport’s jets from this new area is breathtaking. Kids love it, of course, which is why they’re now offering breakfast on Saturdays.
You’re in for a tremendous treat if you enjoy Asian food. K-POT is set to open at 4317 Warden Road in North Little Rock. What exactly is K-POT, then? The restaurant prides itself on offering an authentic, interactive, self-serve experience that combines the flavors of Korean BBQ and traditional Asian hot pot. The franchise has not yet disclosed the date of opening.
About opening times, we do believe that the newest Blue Monkey Grill site will open soon. The family-run eatery, which opened its first site in Hot Springs in 2010, stated that the recent winter weather has caused a delay in the licensing procedure. Nevertheless, they expect to open in the former Gusano’s on Rodney Parham any day now.
In other news, earlier this month saw the devastating fire of Patti Cakes Bakery, a beloved Conway institution. The proprietors, David and Patti Stobough inform our colleagues at Arkansas Business that they are currently in the process of ascertaining their plans. This place was the center of operations for several restaurant businesses, and it was also where the renowned Stoby’s cheese dip was prepared.
