Concerns over Arkansas gas prices return
Little Rock, Arkansas – The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) declared last week that they will reduce production.
Two million barrels of crude oil per day were subject to these reductions. Change will be noticeable to Arkansans at the gas station, and it already has.
Residents of Little Rock are worried about how expensive gas may become and whether they will be able to buy it for their everyday needs.
Traveling business owners are forced to increase service and travel costs while shifting the financial burden to their clients.
The owner of A1 Leak and Drain and Things, Charles Waits, said “Diesel. It’s killing us, it really is.”
According to Waits, they didn’t want to do it, but they had to in order to keep their company operating and turning a profit.
Currently, it’s tough to find gas at the pump, and we don’t know when prices will start to drop.
