Conway Public School employee arrested on Friday on charges of engaging children in sexually explicit conduct, report
Conway, Arkansas – Conway Public School employee was arrested on Friday night, police confirm.
According to the police report, the public school employee was identified as the Jesse Sublett who is currently suspended. Sublett was a Construction trades teacher at Conway High School.
The now former teacher was jailed in the county jail on Friday around 5:20 p.m. and he faces engaging children in sexually explicit conduct charges.
In a statement Saturday night, the district says ” CPSD is fully cooperating with law enforcement during this ongoing investigation. The safety of our students is always our highest priority.”
The school districts didn’t provide more details about the case referring to the authorities for more information when available.
