FanDuel determines Arkansas’s regular-season victory total odds

Fayetteville, Arkansas – The predicted win totals for each SEC school have been determined by FanDuel Sportsbook, and Arkansas is slated to finish the regular season at 5.5 over, under.

Following a 4–8 campaign with just one SEC victory, Arkansas is in the off-season. The Razorbacks’ schedule does not feature games against Oklahoma, Georgia, or Alabama. With both teams projected at 10.5 for the regular season, Georgia and Texas are at the top of the SEC.

That would be an excellent beginning for the Longhorns, who are moving from the Big 12 to the SEC. Oklahoma, the other recent addition to the SEC, is predicted to win 7.5 games.

Next with 9.5 victories are Ole Miss, Missouri, LSU, Alabama, and LSU. Despite what looks to be a solid hire in Kalen DeBoer, there is some uncertainty around Alabama as Nick Saban is no longer leading the team.

Tennessee and Texas A&M, two of Arkansas’s opponents, are each predicted to win 8.5 games. With 7.5 victories, Auburn joins the Sooners.

Florida (5.5), Kentucky (6.5), Mississippi State (4.5), South Carolina (5.5), and Vanderbilt (2.5) make up the remaining SEC.

In the second week of the season, the Razorbacks do make the trip to Stillwater to play Oklahoma State. It is predicted that the Cowboys will win 7.5 games.

Eric Mateos is the new offensive line coach for Arkansas, Bobby Petrino is the new offensive coordinator, and Ronnie Fouch is the new wide receiver coach. Morgan Turner will coach the tight ends, and Jimmy Smith will coach the running backs. Additionally, Petrino will instruct quarterbacks. Returning to lead the special teams is Scott Fountain.

Travis Williams, who coaches linebackers and serves as defensive coordinator, is still a member of the defensive staff. Deke Adams is in charge of the defense. Marcus Woodson and Deron Wilson are in the secondary. In addition, Woodson is a co-defensive coordinator.

At Little Rock’s War Memorial Stadium on Saturday, August 31, Arkansas will play UAPB in the 2024 season opener.
