Little Rock police arrested UAMS police officer, faces child porn charges

Little Rock, Arkansas – One UAMS police officer was arrested on Friday morning on a child pornography charges.
According to police, the officer was identified as 54-year-old Gregory Ray McKinney who was part of the hospital team for four years. The police said McKinney is facing two counts of possession of child pornography.
There is ongoing investigation that may result in additional charges to be pressed against. UAMS is cooperating with the police on the investigation.
Officers didn’t provide more information about the case.
The first court appearing will be on August 6. McKinney is jailed in Pulaski County with no bond.
