Man allegedly stole golf carts and sold them on Facebook

Paragould, Arkansas – A Paragould man, age 21, is being held on suspicion of pilfering many golf carts and reselling them on social media.
On Sunday, October 15, Blayne Tullos was taken into custody by police on charges of breaking and entering and stealing items.
Court records show that in June, police received many reports about golf cart thefts from a nearby company.
Tullos was “observed in control of one of the golf carts, found to have two additional stolen carts at his residence with the serial numbers removed, and attempted to sell golf carts on Facebook during the time of the thefts,” according to the affidavit written by Detective Lieutenant Robert Sexton.
Judge Daniel Stidham of Greene County District Court reviewed the case, determined there was probable cause to charge Tullos, and issued an arrest warrant.
Tullos is awaiting his next court appearance while being detained in the Greene County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
Additionally, Tullos was told by Stidham not to speak with the victim or any witnesses involved in the purported theft.
