Razorbacks basketball team to honor Kobe Bryant with special warm-up shirts
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — According to a tweet from Arkansas Razorbacks Basketball, the basketball team will be honoring NBA legend Kobe Bryant at Wednesday night’s game against the South Carolina Gamecocks.
They plan to wear special warm-up shirts that were made to reflect his legacy. While the shirts are still Razorbacks’ colors, the numbers on them are 8 and 24. His numbers.
The sports and entertainment worlds continue to mourn the death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and seven others in a helicopter crash near Los Angeles Sunday morning.
The cause of the crash remains unknown and the chopper was flying in very foggy conditions.
