Several recently painted murals in Little Rock’s downtown

Little Rock, Arkansas – During the unique MuralFest event on Saturday, the Downtown Little Rock Partnership managed the installation of new public artworks in the SoMa district.
During the event, eight new murals were painted by local artists, transforming the alley behind 1501 S. Main Street into a public art gallery.
“Last week, this was a graffiti covered, not-real-pleasant looking place,” LR Downtown Partnership Communications Director Kyle Leyenberger said.”
“As you can see now, its full of vibrant art and energy. These artists have been hard at work all week.”
