Teen from Fort Smith, Arkansas, was killed in an automobile accident in Oklahoma

Little Rock, Arkansas – According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a collision that occurred in Sequoyah County took the life of a teenage boy from Fort Smith.
Shilah Carrillo, who was 18 years old at the time of her death, was reportedly killed on January 18 when the truck she was driving drove off the road approximately 11 miles north of Muldrow, Oklahoma.
According to the police report, Carrillo’s Toyota Tacoma then collided with a bridge and flipped over onto its roof after the collision.
At this point in time, we do not know what caused her vehicle to go off the roadway. It was determined that she had passed away at the site.
The inquiry into what caused the crash is continuing.
