The North Little Rock Public Library System offering a free financial management course

Little Rock, Arkansas – A free 5-session course on the fundamentals of financial management will be offered by the North Little Rock Public Library System.
This course, titled “Your Money, Your Objectives,” is intended to give people the knowledge and abilities they need to take control of their finances and reach their financial objectives.
The course will be at Laman Library, at 2801 Orange Street from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on these days:
• March 14 – Dealing with Debt and Setting Goals.
• March 21 – Credit Reports and Background Screenings.
• April 4 – Tracking your Income and Benefits.
• April 11 – Paying Bills and Protecting your Money.
• April 18 – Getting Through the Month (Budgeting).
A certificate of completion will be given to those who attend all five sessions.
“We are excited to offer this course to our community,” said Executive Director Crystal Gates. “Financial literacy is essential in today’s world, and we are committed to providing our patrons with the resources they need to succeed.”
