The’most wanted’ meth dealer in Yell County captured after eight months of evasion
Little Rock, Arkansas – After eight months on the run, a man who Yell County authorities characterized as the “most wanted” meth dealer in the area was apprehended on Friday.
Daniel Wilson was arrested by bail bond agents in Russellville and then turned over to Yell County deputies, according to the sheriff’s office.
Multiple agencies in different jurisdictions worked diligently to locate Wilson,” Sheriff Nick Gault announced on Facebook. “He was able to stay one step ahead of officers and bond agents for eight months.”
Authorities claimed Wilson escaped from trial in February after being charged with possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
They declared that he would be held until a formal bond hearing.
