Two guys charged with dumping sewage in an Arkansas community

Little Rock, Arkansas – The Izard County District Court has filed charges against two individuals from Arkansas for dumping sewage in Horseshoe Bend.
Coelton Lee Romine, 20, and Dexter Inman, 34, both of Salem, have been accused of breaking the Arkansas Rules Pertaining to Septic Cleaners, an unclassified misdemeanor, according to the Izard County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident reportedly occurred on February 27. The complainant saw a septic tank truck leave the vicinity of his property and later discovered the vehicle’s contents had been dumped on Sante Fe Drive in Horseshoe Bend.
The truck allegedly came back to the area the next day, and deputies caught them.
Inman claimed that transmission issues were the cause of the truck’s unloading.
Romine added that his uncle was the proprietor of Dawson’s Septic.
