Two men from Arkansas face charges of attempted murder in connection with a shooting that occurred on I-630 in 2022
Little Rock, Arkansas – Two individuals have been apprehended by Arkansas State Police in relation to a shooting that left a Little Rock man injured on I-630 in January 2022.
This week, authorities apprehended 25-year-old Chidra Micyah Thomas and 24-year-old Deandreian Devonte Meadows in connection with the shooting incident.
Authorities suspect that the two individuals were involved in the shooting that took place around 4:30 p.m. on January 9, 2022, along I-630 near the intersection of Mississippi Street and Rodney Parham Road.
A 26-year-old man from Little Rock was shot multiple times during the incident, with witnesses indicating that a rifle was fired from another vehicle.
Thomas has been taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center. Authorities reported that Meadows was already held at the Pulaski County Detention Center on charges not related to this case.
Officials announced that the two individuals face charges including attempted capital murder, possession of a firearm, committing a terroristic act, and firing a weapon from a vehicle.
